品牌簡介:
Shany在紐約Om Factory完成空中瑜珈的師資培訓後，於2016年一月份在台灣台北成立了NoMad yoga & dance諾瑪瑜珈舞蹈。致力於提供瑜珈、空中瑜珈、空中環、舞蹈以及師資培訓研習等豐富精采的課程，為大家打造一個探索與療癒身心的都市綠洲。人類的覺醒，需要仰賴柔性的力量。這個世界不僅需要成功的人，更迫切需要各式各樣能夠帶來和平的人，能夠療癒的人，能夠修復的人，會說故事的人，還有懂愛的人。透過音樂、舞蹈和瑜珈修行，我們挖掘更深層的自己。展現身體的美，是愉悅而充滿驚喜的過程。我們從未發明了什麼，僅是在將心眼打開了的時刻，發現了生命的無限寶藏。
2016年的11月，諾瑪瑜珈舞蹈正式成為紐約Om Factory School of Yoga的台灣代表教室，Shany與Fara的團隊將一起合作，與世界分享這趟充滿驚喜的瑜珈之旅!
Shany Hong, a free-spirited nomad, began her life's journey with dance at young age. She went on to study Interior Design, Literature and Eastern Medicine before she took to the skies traveling the world. When she landed, she found her home in Yoga.
After completing her Aerial Yoga Teacher Training at Om Factory New York, Shany founded NoMad yoga & dance in January 2016 in Taipei, Taiwan. creating an oasis of tranquility in Downtown Taipei with regular class offerings that include Vinyasa Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Lyra and Dance, as well as exciting Teacher Training Programs.
The process of discovering yourself by deepening the connection between your body and mind is a journey full of joy and surprises. We welcome all of you to join us as we create and enjoy the countless treasures of life.
In November 2016, NoMad yoga & dance became a sister studio of Om Factory School of Yoga.Shany and Fara now strive together as a team and family, sharing all of our love for this yogic journey with you around the world.
